vernier sprockets,
lightened crank and balance'd,
standard bore cp pistons
carillo rods
acl bearings
polish the inside of the block
cosworth 86.5 mm gasket (thickness to suit needs)
protech manifold
arp main cap bolts
raceware head stud kit
new oil pump
new water pump with under drive pulley
new under drive crank pully
over sized alternator pully
gt35/40 turbo
1000cc injectors
ngk heat range 10.5 plugs
o2 inlet manifold and 100mm throttle body
4" exhaust
carbon twin plate clutch
ppg gearset and final drive with welded diff and braced gearbox and taper to ball bearing conversion
2x bosch 044 and custom fuel rail,swirl pots etc.
syvec or motec ecu with all the options
650bhp, 500lbft torque, 8500rpm min rev limit and about £25000 (just in parts!) to build should net mid 9 on the quater mile and about 200mph over 1 mile.

Ps standard rods have been used to in excess of 500bhp on a few cars now, revs kill rods not power....... unless you own a earley evo.

Thanks man thats a lot help.What i can spent on it now its about €10000.
So i try to go a bit cheaper but is a very good exam cheeers.

My one is a 92 Sunny Gtir-RB version.

What u listed here is very hard to find for gtir everything is listed for s13,s14,s15 sr20det engines.
The valves,rocker stoppers do they fit in to my head?
Also the underdrive pulleys can find only for s13,s14.

i have a p/p / gas flowed head here if u want it never used and done by westward eng u should no them

Agreed, only thing I would add is an individual coil per plug set up to avoid spark blow out

it will if you give it some pre stage launch abuse, plus it will help it slipping abit to make the gearbox have an easier time.............
