these calipers are used as upgrades in all forms of motorsport, so i dont think there will be a problem with pads.

all Direct Bolt on if you have the bracket
Lol, if you need a bracket then surely they aren't bolt-on...

I remember looking into this about 3 years ago as someone was offering me 300ZX callipers for £100 a pair. It turned out once I'd had the disks re-drilled properly and the custom bracket machined up (surprisingly expensive), the overall price wasn't far off a new Hispec kit. It can be done, but the callipers are heavy and it is potentially a bit of hassle. You do get Nissan on the side of your 4-pots though.

i mean direct bolt on it you have bracket ready
like HI Spec kit. it direct bolt on since it come with bracket rite

problem is UK labour is expensive
that is the fact

err seriously.
the bracket + Z32 caliper and rotor + service kit
+ a set steel braided hose
cost me only 150 Pound Sterling
it due to cheap labour, part as well material at my country
:D

But CAR is FEXCKING EXPENSIVE
if not i already driving a pure GTiR
not 4 door Sentra converted 2WD GTIR

Never knew the Godspeed Volvo/AM calipers were AP's!! I got Mintex 1144 for mine quite easily. Just took the pad down, they put in on the chart and order the right pad from whoever makes one.

They're that old though they were also fitted to Chittychittybangbang  .Oh yeah and you'll need to tie helium ballons to the top of your struts cos they weigh a ton  .

FYI boys not all calipers are the same

Skyline and 300ZXs don't all run the same calipers.

N/A 300ZX uses the R32 Skyline calipers which means 26mm (W) discs and alloy calipers

TT 300ZX <92 uses 30mm discs and alloy calipers

TT 300ZX >92, S14 use 30mm discs and iron calipers

I would suggest R32 or N/A 300ZX calipers as they are 26mm (same as the GTIR) and alloy (so MUCH lighter).

A chap called Bren on the SXOC does a kit for S13s which I think is a direct swap. Not 100% though...

Here the info might help you

Front Rear
Diameter x Thick : Diameter x Thick
BCNR33 RB26DETT 4 pot : 324 x 30 2 pot : 300 x 22
BNR32 RB26DETT 4 pot : 296 x 32 2 pot : 297 x 18
R33 RB25DET 4 pot : 296 x 30 2 pot : 297 x 18
Z32 VG30DETT 4 pot : 280 x 30 2 pot : 297 x 18
Z32 VG30DE 4 pot : 280 x 26 2 pot : 297 x 18
R32 RB20DET 4 pot : 280 x 30 2 pot : 297 x 18
S14 SR20DET 4 pot : 280 x 30 1 pot : 258 x 9
S15 SR20DET 4 pot : 280 x 30 1 pot : 258 x 9
GTiR SR20DET 2 pot : 267 x 26 1 pot : 258 x 9

The "26mm non Aluminium" calipers were used ONLY on 1990 300zx non-turbos.

The "30mm Aluminum" calipers were used on 1990 300zx Twin-turbos and ALL 1991-1992.5
300ZX's (both turbo and non-turbo alike). They used a 280mm x 30mm rotor

BNR32 V Spec is Brembo, same with BCNR33
S14 rear is Handbrake cable on caliper , not like those 2 pot type

Heard the BNR32 Non Vspec disc is stainless steel. rust proof.

S14 caliper = Z32 NA non aluminium caliper
i couldnt Find and Z32 NA here at my country so cannot double comfirm

All the mentioned above 4 pot caliper and 2 pot caliper
will swap each other with respective rotor
mean you can bolt GTR Brembo with it rotor to S14

The issue with S14 and R32 is clearance
S14 can clear 15 x 6.5 offset 38 rim.

Intersting I thought that all of the N/A 300ZXs were alloy. I have some pictures of an investiagation done by an American S13 owner somewhere. If anyone wants them just shout.
