What have you done with your pulsar today?

Just hooked up the battery.

Everything seems to work, so far. (after being sat for 8 years)
Indicators, lights, alarm, fans etc.

I just need to get the manifold mounted correclty.
The turbo inlet, still hits the gearbox housing, so I'm trying to find away to mount it away from the casing.

I can then finally fire up the car and check for leaks/issues etc

Despite having serious cooling fan issues, mounted and balanced some period and brand correct rims Nissan R32 GTST. No more wheel spacers which I'm happy about, they always seemed sketchy to me

Spec 16x6.5 ET35 wrapped in 205/50R16 Vredestein Quatrac tires

O.k, it came off a lot easier for whatever reason than the other did. All good in the hood. But now i have a really noisy bearing. It never ends.

I bought two male connectors for some 12" slim fans. They fit quite well so I went ahead and cut the generic connectors to the fans. Stripped wires and slid on the little waterproof bootie and crimped the pins before locking it in the connector. Presto! Factory plug retained

I plan to make a shroud for at some point before install, I was thinking just using a foam trim stick-on with an aluminum plate as there is a small gap if mounted flush to the top and bottom core volumes. Or just skip that and use the cable ties that mount right through the rad

Nice job sailor. The only thing I did with my pulsar today was pick it up from the workshop and park it back in the garage.
