Walboro fuel pumps

Do the walboro fuel pumps have a decent pick up coz I have an uprated Bosch pump and Im getting probs with fuel surge :x and need to sort it out

i used the pickup from my origional pump and so far have had no probs at all.
the one that comes with the walbro pump is a bit crap so thats why i used the origional.

the one that comes with the walbro is a bit short so i reused the standard one as well. But i will be making up a new pick up....just using some hose to extend the pickup

i fitted my pump in the original pump housing and it wokrs a treat no problems so far ?
