rocker stopper kit

my engine has turned up without one
reply form Tomei said " nissan originally installed arm
spring which prevent a fall of rocker arm "

is this true or do i need to install one, as dont
need potential problems on the engine dyno

they say a gtir dont need it but which id had fitted them earlier as the "spring" didnt save my shims flying out at hi boost and a few others have had the same

Yes you need them... Its been proven that you do...

If you didn't then why would TOMEI supply and sell them for the SR20DET...

the SR20 is the engine... RNN14 is the chasis...

yea got that bit about sr20 and the rnn14 but that is how they word it
on the wed site

but if u look on there web site they list s13/s14/s15 no rnn14
like they do on most other parts, they dont list crank studs for the
rnn14 but they will do them if u keep on at them

asked for a rocker stopper kit and said did not need
one for rnn engine, even thou they availaible for sr 20

just asking as they recorded " good results " with out

not prepared to argue with them as may need stuff off them in future
