re locate oil cooler

I must admit when i was trying to locate mine and look for the best position that top position did spring to mind but in the end i didnt want to dismantle the stock bonnet catch and replace with pins plus the oil feed and return lines would have to run around the pulley side of the engine which i wanted to avoid. So in the end i place the cooler in the N/S brake duct area.

With carefull modification of a brake duct trim im hoping to direct the "used" airflow through to were it used to go. I know the air in theory will be higher than normal as its passed through the cooler but i think any air flow is better than none and the temp differential between used cooler air and that of the brakes is massive and in my favour.

As JP says, let us see some pics of your mods mate, it may inspire others ;-)
