fuel pump upgrade on the gtir

hi i have read lots of the threads about this topic, and i had decided on the fuel pump that i wanted to get the BOSCH 984, but then supposibly its external?? :S so how do people fit these?? :S please help.. which woulkd be the best fuel pump to get?? and i have further power plans for the car so which one will be good that i will be a really good one??

Depends on what improvements you’re going to do to your car. Most people replace the original internal pump with a Walbro that sits in the fuel tank

go for the walbro,
most bosch pumps you have to keep a quater tank full at all times.
