Fitting A Shift Light! Help!!

Hi Guys, im trying to fit an aftermarket shift light but the only thing is i cant find the wire that gives the tachometer it's signal source,
and i need to splice the aftermarket's blue wire to it!

As quoted from the instruction manual:
'Blue goes to the vehicle's tachometer signal source '
Please help as im getting really frustrated in trying to work it out!

Do not trust the manual in terms of wiring.. Its no good.. I re-wired my whole car up and the discrepancies i found in the manual was incredible.

According to the PLX diagram Pin32 is the Vehicle speed sensor not tacho
