Anyone run an airbox?

Thinking of making a surround for my filter done a search, But most the pictures have been taken out of photobucket, So no images in posts!


Anyone got any pictures of their airboxes please!?

Where could i pick up either of these two airboxs??
Or are they both custom made??

both are fairly rare

The airbox mark has shown in the first shot is custom made, so v rarely seen, the airbox araron's showing is one that SE Nissan (no longer in business) used to make of which there are a few about (I have one :-D ).

thought they look a standard fit but wasn't sure. Out of interest how much do they go for and are they projectors? (Can't quite make out.....but that could be my eyesight!)

Then you have the cold air feed taking up the brake duct which does f00k all anyway.. now its put to good use.. makes hell of a noice too as the induction is now a lot lot louder..

noticed a very good response from it too..

Its not Tony Bardys car ;-)

As soon as learn to tig thin aluminium sheet properly (and not keep blowing holes in it :lol: ) i'm going to do something similar on my car as i reckon the bonnet vent is the best place to get cool air from ;-)
