What else do i need? (engine)

Right i want to buy a bottom end and the head to go with it off a fella of here and just wanted to know what else the head would need to make it into a complete running engine...

heres the current spec:

HKS forged pistons
HKS gaskets
Uprated oil pump
Nismo bearings
Fully lightened and blanced bottom end with weight checked rods
Fully ported head

everything lol
it should have valves,valve stem oil seals, springs (2 per valve), spring top / bottom plates, collets, rocker arms, pivot balls and retainer clips, cam caps & bolts, 8 shims & 8 locator shims, camshafts, 2 x oil pipes, oil splash plate, sprockets, chain whip deflector, exhaust and inlet studs
