Rear brake upgrade complete

i put a thread on a couple of months ago about a rear upgrade, anyway those of you that were interested just completed the set up today using different brackets and 300mm 2 piece disc with standard caliper, looks alot better as i have 17's with the Nissan 4 pot 305mm upgrade on the front and the back looked a bit lost. I cant try them out yet as my manifold cracked and is being fabricated at the minute. Here is a couple of pics for those that are interested. :shock:

Sounds the same as the Godspeed rear kit (300mm 2 piece disc) . Although I guess yours might have a chance of fitting out of the box with no machining or extra parts (that should be supplied as standard) required.:roll:

Feck me how many bolts? Most I've seen before is 12. I think Godspeeds is 10. It looks a similar offset tho. Do you have a picture of the caliper bracket?

only a litle bit of maching to the stone gard or you can bent it back a litle with your hands. as it only just catches the back of the disc by a couple of mm.

the disc has been slighty over engineered but that is a good thing.
for strength and it shows the quality of the kit.
been tested for balance on machine and its a1.:-D
sorry no more pics yet.

i dont know the price of the kit yet.
as i say iv got to give them some miles to make sure everthing
works as it should.
the nissan 4 pot upgrade for the front has never let me down
witch he desighned.
he sed he mite sell both the front and rear upgrade kits
together for less overall.the ones on ebay:roll:

as i say a mate of mine made a nissan 300zx 4 pot upgrade
with 305mm discs to fit from scratch and they are spot on.
but as iv got 17s the rears looked lost so i asked if he can sort
something out keeping the standerd caliper as iv seen similar
kits around.
being an engerneer with all the know how he sorted it out.:lol:

I think he means he has to much front bias due to a front upgrade with standard rears.
