so wots better then heat wrapping or ceramic coating?

Ceramic coating is better, but most people settle for the heat wrap because it's so much cheaper.

How much exactly is ceramic coating? We got full exhaust and manifold ceramic coated (we bought it s/h off justy) and its got quite mucky with oil n stuff when he took it off his car, doesnt look pretty!

seems rather cheap to me.. or is that a cheap version or something?

Hmmm, that does seem very cheap. I'm sure last time I looked at this people were quoting about 10 times that price; maybe it's a different product. - I'm already out of my depth on the subject.

Me thinks thats just to buy the paint and do it yourself. i had aquote to do my standard manifold properly and they wanted nearly 300 quid so it can be expensive.
