whos using the SARD BOV?

just attached the "R2D2" BOV to the GTI-R it wont "dump" any ideas? its plumbed into the original pipe

help! :oops:

spring too strong for boost pressure :?:

As above, spring is too strong.

I tried one of these on my R recently and same thing, running 1 bar too. Had to put a weaker spring in. Took it off shortly after though (not the sound I was after)

It's very easy, just undo the allen bolts around the top (but be very careful they are very soft and would round off easily). I actually ended up using a spring from a normal cheapo style dv but it was too weak. Try and get a strong one for a normal dv and see if that works. Remember you want to be able to adjust the main allen bolt adjuster on the top to allow the BOV to be shut at idle and close quickly when coming off throttle otherwise you'll get stalling probs mate.
