Which 16 inch wheels??

I need some new wheels , 16 inch only, as light as possible.
Need to be able to fit hispec 4 pots and 300mm discs.
Can be second hand or new, budget £1k with tyres.

dare i ask how much for 4 :shock:
if they don't do black then the cheapest colour as i will get them done black myself
also price with and without tyres as i can get cheap tyres if needed 8)
