Wheel Offset

Does anyone know what offset alloys are that fit onto R's?

Or could anyone tell me if ET45 114.3 PCD fit? They're 205/45/16's aswell if that helps.

38 to 42 is about the recommended best off set and the R PCD is 4 x 100 so there is no way them wheels will go on dude
