To any ppl that have done this - a few questions

a. Does it screw with the idle and fuel consumption at idle
b. Does it improve/detract from performance
c. Does it sound ok

All in all, is it worth doing or am I just gonna end up plumbing it back in?

Thanx

Don't bother it will cause running problems and stalling etc you may be able to get around this with a fuel controller to compensate for the unmetered air being drawn in but it won't be as good as getting yourself a bov designed for maf metered systems

If you plug up the hole where you took off the line to the intake why would it mess up. I think everyone means if you just remove it things will mess up.

and when the throttles closed the vacuum opens the bov so the engine sucks in ummetered air through the bov and even worse unfiltered air
