Hopefully getting my R back on the road again soon after a lengthy lay off and imhoping to fit maybe a mocal oil cooler before Trax.
Just need to know the bits i need cos im not sure.
Im thinking 13 row and with 1/2" fittings?
Do i need a thermostatically controlled sandwich plate? etc?
Im looking on fleabay and trying to make up a kit of my own.
Im not running much power so i dont think anything bigger than 13 row is needed and ill mainly be using the R hopefully for weekend blasts and of course Silverstone.

Any help would be great:-D

just contact mocal direct (there in london islington or hayes) and get a kit, 13 row will be fine and you will want a thermo plate

i guess if you fit one of these, you pre-fill the oil coiler and pipes with oil before fitting? then when the thermostat opens oils already in sytem?

when i fitted mine (13 row)i made sure the oil indicator on the dip stick is cock on the high mark, run the car up to temp, added about half a litre, then let it cool right off and settle, then check your levels again add oil accordingly
