Has anyone wired a timer and alarm to run at the same time?? :shock:

Have been asking the same question + apparently they can be wired so that they both work.

You can get the turbo timer you work along with the immobiliser / alarm as long as you relay the fuel cut out from a second power source, and a nice hefty diode in line, so that the timer doesnt feed back and keep the ignition on. Do you have an alarm or timer already?, as someone wanted me to fit a system that they had purchased on e bay which had remote start and turbo timer built in. Unit was ok but would have been a nightmare to install over his existing alarm system - but would be ok if you were to start afresh. Also not thatcham approved.

got a cobra cat1 fitted. Could see it throwin a spanner in the works and you lose the thatcham rating with a turbot imer.Its getting on my nerves having to sit in the car for letting it cool down :evil:
