Turbo gods Help! Turbo Rebuild Mismatch

So I went for a autoX'ing event, after the finish of the first go the turbo bearing went.

I have a new CHRA that i'm testing from "Turbo Rebuild Limited" as their standard 270 degree bearing variant, as they offer an uprated 360 degree one as well specifically for the GTIR.

When I took the old one apart two things happened, one the housing had multiple cracks tracing around the CHRA turbine housing seal ring and interior, and the housing is a 0.64A/R. The turbo that was in there is not standard and I believe it's from a S15 T28 turbo (as its PN 14411-91F00 suggests).

The CHRA I received was meant for a GTIR and wouldn't fit the with the turbine housing I had on hand, so I bought a genuine garrett T25 turbine housing with a 0.86A/R IWG.

However I just tried assembling it back together and find it also is not the right size. The CHRA turbine side flange is much smaller than that of the turbine housing I have and the trim must not be the same as the turbine will not clear the housing completely ( though it is very close)

Can anyone point me in the direction of what specific housing I need??

I've attached some pictures to show the difference in the OD of the CHRA turbine size and the ID of the Housings' flange for reference

TIA

I've come to realize the ball bearing and journal turbine housing use different diameters and the standard is only 4 bolts not 6.

I wouldn't go that far  only took a few hundred bucks to figure that information out. Honestly I had no idea that there was a non standard turbo installed until I received the new housing and it wouldn't fit the CHRA. I figured it was the same as standard, not some S15 turbo replacement jobbie. Curious how different the car will feel with the "actual" standard sized turbo as I feel like it might have been a restriction

That's what moneys for though, I'll wait for the parts to get here and at the same time build the other engine up since I just got parts back from the machine shop. Who knows, maybe I'll beat the postage man to it and have a built motor in before it arrives
