Torque settings wanted for head bolts with MLS head gasket

Hi,

i need the right torque settings for the head bolts if i fit a metal head gasket! If i fit the metal head gasket i must loosen the bolts and torque again with turn angle?

Torque down to factory spec in the way the manual says, (this is what i do) leave over night, then slacken off and re torque to factory spec....I also put molybdenum grease on the threads and under the washers and head bolt face.

You´ve told me these steps with the molybdenum grease last year but i had forgot them ;-(

Can i use the Redline Assembly Lube too?
