Advise on best plugs to run around the 380bhp - 450bhp cheers

Would the HKS S45i be ideal or maybe the S40i are better or are there better plugs on the market for the gtir

I wouldn't go for the HKS ones to be honest mate, their just denso plugs rebranded with an extra £20 put on the price! :evil:

I think the equivalent would be Denso IK24's but someone will correct me if I'm wrong! :D

i put the hks ones in 2 weeks ago,over ngk,as im upping the power soon from 310 to 400ish, noticed when cold tickover slightly erratictic, but once warmed up much better, due to them being grade 8 much more responsive too:-D

i have ngk grade 9's at circa 420bhp but theres a bit of cold fouling to start with on these cold days until everythings upto temperature.
