spark plugs

found some plugs chucked in the boot of the r which the previous owner must have bought and never fitted, my plugs need changing anyway so i thought i would see if these were any good

they are bosch super plus yttrium plugs with +8 printed on them?? i take it that this refers to the coldness of the plug?? also they are gapped at 0.9mm is this correct?

has anyone used these plugs and are they suitable for the r?, at the moment im running standard boost with filter and exhaust. will be upping the boost to a bar soon and fitting a fmic.

.7mm can also be better if your suffering spark blow out on high boost etc.

Whats the best place to buy 1 grade cooler plugs? I see them on ebay for about £45 is this ok?
