Removing power steering pipes?

I've got a FMIC on my Pulsar and the original power steering pipes are still in place in front of this intercooler. Ideally I'd like to remove them though.

What's the best way to do it? I've heard the pipe can be looped somewhere? I would have thought they'd be welded at the joints but I may be wrong.

Any suggestions are appreciated, I'd like to move the ugly pipes out of the way!

Thanks

IIRC you can flip the pipe brackets round, and have the piping behind the IC. That's what I did on my Forge, can't be that different with others. :)

I did that too. If anybody that ever does trackdays is thinking of just looping the power steering cooler pipes dont do it! Its only on hot days i've had it happen but i've had the p/s fluid overheat on track before on a couple of occasions. And that was with the cooler ;-)
