Hi Guys,

I fixed my problem with engine not revving over 3000rpm by plugging the safc back in but now it runs incredibly rich.

If I completely remove the Apexi SAFC will this allow my ecu to control air/fuel ratios as normal via the afm?

Does anyone know how easy it is to remove it?.. I'm on my way to the garage now and have a very bad back so taking little brother to give a hand gettin under the dash lol.

Not goto a rolling road and getthem to turn the feulling down a bit?

But if you want to remove it, follow the wiring down to the ecu, they will be 2 wires onto the MAf wire, cut them and join them together, this will put the MAF signal straight into the ecu and by pass the safc.
If you search online for an apexi pin out diagram of the ecu, think its N3a for the pin outs and it will show you the MAF wire, its a thick orange or a thick white, can treally remember buddy.

You're spot on Davie.. worked a treat :)
I didn't really want to get the analogue one set up, I was hoping once I get my turbo, exhaust + injectors in.. then I'll go get the ecu mapped properly.
