lost boost pressure

hello,

i have the problem that my boost pressure is only 1.05 bar with an 1.25 bar wastegate spring if i disconnect the PFC Solenoid. so where is the problem?

boost pipes have no leaks and the ID is 6mm. the lengt of the pipes are 1.0 meter.

may be the length makes issue??

the gasket i had changed these days and the boost goes up to 1.77 bar (with 1.25 bar spring) and before with damage gasket it was 1.71 bar (with 1.0 bar spring) of boost.

any idea what it is??

length is irrelevant when dealing with pressure, i know that much.
You sure there are no leaks where pipes terminate? thats the only thing i can think of.
