I personally go for the "off road only" type from the local motor factors (100W?) Fantastic at night down the dodgy country lanes.
TBH, on dipped they're little different so don't atttract too much attention but on full beam they can upset people. :lol:

PIAA super plasma 
A tad expensive but shines whiter and brighter than my mates car with Zenons and best of all its still rated 55/60w E aproved so DOT passable and shines about the same as a 120W
