iv just spoken to the ladies at Santa pod and we have no problem booking our stand space for 20 cars BUT they want at least half of the cars going to have their tickets pre booked:? new one on me but hey ho:roll: im not sure what im going to do about the stand passes as i need to speak to Donna via email first which im going to send her now.
the closing date for booking a stand is the 28th of Sept and we NEED those ten cars booked and paid before we can guarantee a stand......
members calling Santa pod will need to tell them which club stand they will be parking on (it wont hurt to ask for your stand pass to be sent direct with the ticket;-) )
this is the last big show of the season and its always well worth the day out (convoy' s!? :twisted: ) so get your tickets sorted asap and hopefully i' ll see you there:-D

This was probably my most fav show of the year to go to when i lived down south, And will be again next year when I'm back home for good ;-) 8), I just wish I had the time and money to fly down to this one, But I'm to busy trying to finish my 5hitter and planning the move back down.
I hope their is a good turn out, So come on guys make the effort we need to justify actually having a stand at these events.

and Rob is correct, if we dont show some commitment to the organisers and mess them around it' s going to result in difficulties in the future. granted we (the royal) could/should have sorted something earlier

So if I pay for a "club" ticket and on the 28th there isn't enough people to create a stand for the OC, would we would get out cash back?
