How do I fit a DV!

I assume the R's have a recirculating DV as standard. I have a Baileys DV24 DV from my old Fiesta turbo I would like to use

Where are they normally plumbed into the system?

Many thanks

Be careful with this DV on the R. It is a single piston DV and may have a tendency to leak air at idle and slow running - causes probs cos the air is entering the inlet tract after the MAF.

get a forge 1 mate, looks better and is much louder.

but if youre sticking with that 1, its a piece of piss to fit :D

so's the Forge one and it has a bigger inlet so it dumps faster

unlike the DV24 which you have to stick a bit of pipe or loads of tape round to make it the right size for the boost pipe.

i've changed my DV24 for the Forge a few weeks ago...

Differences:
1. I think the Forge is quieter.
2. The DV24 only dumps properly at high boost
3. The Forge will do mini dumps :? at lower pressure thanks to it's design

Def an improvement - but would really like to knock up a decent mounting bracket for it, instead of tie wrapping it to something to stop it knocking about.

The change didn't help my high idle as I thought it might :(
