HELP - My spark plugs are stuck

I'm in the middle of giving my car a service, new leads, filter the usual stuff but when i came to remove the spark plugs i found the things were stuck fast.

Has anyone any ideas??

run the car so the engines hot, then undo them!
they will come out but you may need a breaker bar if their really tight.

Just remember not to use the breaker bar when you put then back in.;-)

put them into a cold engine, not a hot one!
