Heaters blowing warm on cold setting!

As above. I've noticed that when I switch my heaters from hot to cold, they blow cold for a second or so then start to blow warm air out. Its not hot air, only slightly warm but its definitely not as cold as it should be and it hasn't been like this in the past.

Any ideas anyone :?:

Maybe the linkage needs adjusting?

For some reason the drivers side vent and the centre vent seem to have very slightly warm air coming out, yet the passenger side vent is stone cold, as it should be. :? :?:

Maybe I was wrong about my last post, as the warm air does seem to be coming out of all the vents. Could it be anything to do with the heater matrix, maybe blocked or leaking?
