Heater Blower only works on High (3) PICS!

Ok i just noticed that the car i got has the blower only working on it's highest setting, the 3. Ok remembering my good old Charade, it had the same problem, and it was the resistor on the motor that was dead. I craawled under the dash and took the resistor out, or i think that's the one, as there was nothing else to take out. It only looks different to what i have seen before, so i took some pics for you guys to identify it.

Where could i get one and does someone have a working one? My mate at UK can buy it and pay via paypal if needed.

Is this same on all N14? i suppose there is some with 4 levels of blowing, so that should be different?

had the same problem. pop off those tabs on picture 3, they're punched in. it'll reveal 2 little exposed strips of metal. clean it off best u can and take some solder to it. be sure to cover the length of the exposed portions with solder. i left the tabs off and reinserted the card and it works for me.
