gasket sets

hi all need to no if u can get gasket sets for the timing chain cover the crank cover and the sump pan as i have put instant gasket on twice now and its still leaking oil from somewhere :sad:

have you refaced the cover face on a flat surface with wet and dry paper if they dont have gaskets then reseal with instant gasket paste that may do it hope it helps p.s just check your oil feed pipe to the turbo at the block as my car was leaking there

there are no gaskets for the timing cover and sump, use silicone.

When you say you've put instant gasket on twice now does that mean you've just stuck it on the outside and not taken the sump/timing cover off and done it properly? If that's the case you'll never stop a leak.

Also, is the instant gasket RTV type silicone and not something like Hylomar (which isn't silicone)

Unless the faces are fcuked i wouldn't try flattening them, the silicone should take it up.
