Fault Code 21...Ignition...help!!!

I have just checked the fault codes on my GTiR ECU after a number of engine issues...

It shows 2 long lights on the LED & then 1 short light on the LED!

This shows an...

IGNITION CIRCUIT FAULT...

Does anyone have any knowledge on this fault code or what could be the cause?
