My current R is one of the first made (08/90) and when it came I noticed something quite strange about it, both side skirts were plain black unpainted plastic, also the front and rear bumbers had the bottom lips unpainted
anyone else have this?
I also thought it strange that if you scraped the satin black off the wiper arms there was a perfectly good chrome wiper arm under there, as if this was the original finish on the first ones . .
