forgive me for being thick

I have fitted dump valves before to old skool turbo motors etc but have never fitted one to a pulsar before, I would normally tap in to the pipe going to the inlet manifold from the intercooler if i was installing one but have looked at my pulsar and now im not sure where would be the best place to install it?

I notice there is some type of original equipment valve under the top mount intercooler with pipes going to the inlet and air filter pipe work is it a standard non atmosphere valve?

im thinking about putting a dump valve or bov on but just gathering info first on where to install it and what fitting kit I need etc

anyone help?

I have done a search but can't find any how to's or fitting guides for dv/bov

regards

Yes it's a standard recirculating valv.

Bung up the pipe that goes from the valve to the air intake pipework - not needed any more.

Then you're left with a lil pipe and a big pipe (from the plenum) attached to the standard valve. Look at your new atmospheric valve - I'm sure you can work out what to do with these 2 pipes ;)
