I have been reading on here about head gaskets as mine needs changing and i have been reading better reports about the Coswoth one than the HKS one due to bore size options etc (please advise) :

Im going for the 1.8mm one as im goin for big boost and power etc but i really need to know WHAT WORK IS NEEDED TO MAKE THEM FIT? Am i right in reading its the lug locator holes that need drilling out? If so is this a diy job or a specialist job?

I hope someone can advise me right as im just about pissed off with buying the wrong parts for my bloody car!!! lol

Please help

Die grinder or dremel out the head to block dowel holes (it's about half a millimeter) easy peasy, then when its all bolted together and sealed up (the whole engine) offer the timing chain side engine mount up and grind (small hand grinder) the excess away till the mount fits

Brill cheers for that help mate. The engine is still in situ so will grind around the engine mount at the same time.
