chassis rails

hey does anybody have any good pictures of good chassis rails because im rebuilding mine due to been crushed by somebody jacking it up there and i really cant work out wether or not it has raised my floorpans

This is quite a common problem because they're not chassis rails; they're just sections of box meant to protect things like the brake lines (IIRC).

Hopefully it hasn't raised the floor (or not in any significant way).

hehehe yeah will be nice i have since fabricated a slide hammer with a thread attachment cut 2 slices at the back of the rails slid the attachment in attached it to the slide hammer through the holes and pulled them pretty straight (at least i think so)

ahh nice going!.. sorry i haven't posted up some pics of mine yet. Hasn't been the weather for getting under the car. should be home by 3;30 ish. i'll scooch under and take some pics.
