Mark Evans runs over 400bhp on standard cams but his torque isn't much to write home about at low 300'slbft.It didn't stop him running an 11sec 1/4 though 8) .
Cams will change the characteristics of the engine ie where in the revrange and how long it delivers power,so chose carefully.

yes you should choose your cams and turbo at the same time, as the cams will change where the boost comes in. Also depends on what powerband and how high your engine setup can rev too

the problem i have is the turbo was only fitted a month before i bought the car so i have to try and change the cams for ones that will complement the turbo as i am not getting rid of the turbo when its only done 3000 miles and cost over £2000 fitted. :?

give Ian a ring, but i would have thought HKS 264 with quite a low lift will be ideal for yours as you won't be revving higher than std i would guess?
