Does anybody know the bosch part number for these?? i belive there is a couple of different ones listed?? if so which is the better one to go for??

If you are buying one for your r I'd go for a Walboro as the Bosch pumps suffer from fuel surge :(

I can help you on these, drop me a line if you like.

The Bosch part number for the 040 pump is (intank fual pump-direct replacement) :

0580 254 040

It's a 165l/h @ 3 bar pump; and will hold this flowrate stably, form 1 bar up to 5 bar without any problem. This pump is good for around 400HP fual capacity. I think it's the best in tank fuel pump for the R, with the SARD unit.

bosch do a 044 pump which is meant to fuel 600bhp, it takes a small mod to fit it to a pulsar, simon norris has got 2 of these pumps in his evo 7.
