boost gauge/pressure sensor

My boost gauge won't work it comes up to 0 when the car starts but then it stops and stays still. i have tested the gauge and it seems not to have a signal so it looks like a wiring fault or a sensor? Can any one help ie where the f**k is the sensor.

Standard boost sensor is mounted in the engine bay on the passenger side wing.

It has a pipe running to it from the plenum.

It doesn;t have the boost sensor on the diagram but you'll get the idea of the pipe runs.

thanks mate just looked at it the pipe had been disconected and it looks like someone had a aftermarket gauge on. reconected and she is working now
