Boost controller readings

When i switch my boost controller to high 1.1bar which it was set to, then boot it, on the boost controller it only reaches 0.9 not even a bar :? But it feels faster than ever

any ideas :?:

Better check the pipes to the solenoid and the controller unit as one could be loose giving inaccurate reading the the controller which could cause the controller to windup the boost to maximum :shock:

if its a boost controller with a gain control then might need adjusting aswell

what does your boost guage say :?:

and if you havent got one, then you need one

yes i have got a boost controller And i will test it tonight see if it reads the same as the controller.

On high boost,, the boost controller reading goes to 0.98 and it should be 1.1 and on my boost gauge it goes to 1.5bar :shock: Now i know the boost gauge is accurate cos on standard it only goes to 0.7bar and it says that on the controller as well. :roll:

Sounds like you've definatly got a leak/blockage in the pipe that goes to the boost contoller or a dodgy controller :shock: also check the little filter that they put in the pipe to as that could be blocked :?:
