Best Turbo Option

Looking to change my tired Standard Turbo for an uprated item. Have seen several options but working out which is best suited is becoming a pain.

Who has what and what sort of power gains did you get?

Car is fairly standard at the moment, just about to fit FMIC, BOV, Fuel Pump, Induction Kit and various other goodies. Looking for around 350bhp...is this realistic or do i need some other items?

Will be looking at ECU side of things next, any suggestions here?
