Banjo bolts wilwood calipers

The banjo bolt that came with my wilwood calipers doesn't easily screw all the way in, it gets a few turns and then picks up quite alot of resistance. It is the same on both calipers, the threads are perfect.

I'm unsure if i need to apply more pressure or the banjo bolts aren't the right ones?

Anyone got any experience of this?

Ifs its the same on both calipers and all the threads look ok chances are you've been given the wrong bolts. They should screw all the way in without having to put any pressure on them, dont try and force them else you'll end up f**king up the thread in the caliper ;-)

my wilwoods dont have banjo bolts on them, they have like a nipple with a thread on each end that screws into them, and the hose screws onto that, however its not a standard pitch thread, some american AN -3 or something I believe......had the same woes as mine come missing a bit and was a tad confusing!
