adj fuel pressure reg

i wanna run more fuel to the injectors.
ive got a group a pump so im thinking of getting an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
now sard do three types two 8mm versions one with a threadded end and a 6mm version.
[?]anyone no which one to get[?]

I guess the 8mm one think it was the size of the bits we got with the HKS ones but not 100% sure, will have a look rnd.
