ABS Fault Code

Getting code 6 from the abs processor which should indicate front right sensor. Using simple fault-finding techniques, disconnected the associated connector at the front right turret (drivers/off-side). Drove again but light came on. Stopped to reset. Connected it again and light os still on. Disconnected the front left connector (passenger/nearside) and drove. ABS light stays extinguished.

I am confused. Help please!
