15 inch wheel offset

hi, a mate of mine has got some alloys that i may buy for my sunny. They are: 15" x 7, 35mm offset, 4x100mm pcd. would these fit? what tyre size would i need? I think the centre bore may be a bit small, but luckily my dad is an engineer, and he could hopefully bore them out. Car has standard shocks, and brakes.

ive just realised that the centre bores on the wheels, are actually bigger than whats on the hub. do i need to buy spacers?

My mate has finally found the other 2 alloys, so we now have a set of 5. Only 2 have tyres, which are 205/55/15. They look quite chunky on the wheels, is the profile size too big? would the tyres rub on anything? I did put one of the wheels on the back of the car, it looks quite close to the bottom of the suspension cup, but doesn't actually touch. Havn't driving the car though.
Would this tyre size be ok, or shall i try and get hold of tyres with a 50 profile?
