which greddy turbo

hi all,
i am looking at getting a new turbo (greddy) as i have
the jun(greddy) manifold

i am looking for somewhere in the region of 500-600bhp
i was thinking of getting an tdo6sh-25g or t67
would one of these be a good choice or are there
any other greddy turbo's i should consider ?
