What type of light is used in the front/rear indicators

I'm pretty sure it's a 341 or 1157 type bulb.

Either that or a 340 or 1156 type bulb.

Do a search for Osram/Sylvania on Google. They have an application guide on their site !

Just to note, if you have de-egged your front indicators, you'll need a silver type bulb. As helpful as I try to be, I have no idea on part number. :D

whats the silver bulb for? When I took the orange out of my indicators, I got a set from the local parts shop. General Electric's Part number is 1156NA. Look at what your old ones were, and get the same ratings for voltage and watts, in the colour you want and away you go.

There are silver so the indicators look clear and you don't see the orange bulb.

I must just be a muppet getting the wrong silvers ones. Got another set on order, see if I get it right this time

If its any help, I just went into the local halfrauds, looked up the part number for the indicator bulb in one of there helpful booklets and picked em up off the shelf. They weren't by the rest of the bulbs though, they were over by the 'ripspeed' chavvy type stuff.
