Welcome to the boards 8)

neither company makes a GTi-R clutch. You can send them your stock clutch and have them make a clutch for you though.

I emailed spec about doing this before. They are willing to do it. Not sure on the price though.

Mixing still won't make them fit though.I've heard that S13 SR20DET clutches fit but don't know anyone who's actualy got one in their car.
If you do buy one that the tuner thinks will fit, make sure you get a money back guarentee.

What sort of power are you running? Why not just buy a clutch designed for the job (ie gtir)? and hello by the way. :D

manufactuers design their components to work with each other. using 2 different brands you take a risk that something will not work or it may give you extra slippage...or it may turn out for the better.

Also buying the components seperate will probably be more expensive than just buying a clutch kit.

Plus if anything goes wrong, they'll probably try blaming each other to get out of paying up. :?

thanks for all the quick replies guys!

what brands do ya'll use??????
and what specifications ie. copper or organic or ceramic, six pock or four, spring or solid........

cause i don't really want to buy something that will make everyday driving very difficult.....but when i'm on de track, i'd like to get great performance.....

right now i'm probably at 240-250hp......18psi....stock turbo and internals
but i'd like to eventually reach 300hp.....

price would probably be the reason.
emm but look OS Single plate it not expensive as everyone think

MRRP is about 98000 yen = 501 pound
then ADD 100 pound for shipping = 600
exclude VAT

remember that price is included with flywheel
and i have been using my OS Giken Single for more than 30000km
still lasting.

so does that mean you get a cluch and flywheel for £600.
