What difference did you notice?

Better/lower idle on the gtir, smoother power delivery. It felt as if it was doing the same work but from less effort.

on the diesels fuel consumption was up from 42mpg to 47mpg average.

Deffo worth it. My mondeo ST and Pathfinder both had it done. And it was less noisy on cold start up, and ran alot smoother.
